Elite Detailing Service Inc. [formerly Extreme Automobile Detailing Service] is a family owned and operated mobile
vehicle cleaning and detailing service. Each of our custom equipped detailing units is fully self-contained. We bring our
own water, electricity, supplies and expertise allowing us to provide our services at your door step, at your business, or
any other venue. Founded by Roman Brzozowski in 1997 we have gone from a small sole proprietorship serving mostly
family, friends and neighbors vehicles to a corporation serving hundreds of clients throughout northern Illinois. Roman
started the business in his mom's garage and began to grow the business while attending the University of Illinois at Chicago.

We incorporated our business in 2003 and purchased a competitors business in 2004. In 2005 we began a products
sales company by joining with Dri Wash N Guard. Our future plans are to expand our service offering by developing our
business into a franchise model. We also plan on developing a larger network of related service providers such as paint
touch-up, paint-less dent repair, and other such services that we can refer to our clients. In addition we are planning on
developing a leadership development program that allows high school and college students to learn about
entrepreneurship and leadership while working with us in this exciting industry.

Roman also enjoys spending his time speaking to young people about topics related to business, personal
development, financial freedom and entrepreneurship. He and his business were also covered in several print media
including the Daily Harold, The Chicago Tribune, Young Money Magazine, as well as being featured on Chicagoland
Television [CLTV]. Roman has also had the privilege of sharing his experience with aspiring entrepreneurs at several of
the Collegiate Entrepreneurs Organization National Conferences in Chicago's Navy Pier [www.c-e-o.org]. He spoke
along side many successful entrepreneurs including Jeff Taylor [Founder of Monster.com], Marc Schulman [Founder of
Eli's Cheesecake] & John Goeken [Founder of MCI].
